Thank you for shopping at Attapet. Our online shop provides designer products for pets & pet lovers from our independent designing workshop back by high quality material and reliable production. Our Quality Control Team members inspect each product before packaging to ensure the maximum customers satisfaction.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to refund, rerturn the item or make an exchange. Here are the policies for refund, return & exchange, and order cancellation/correction.

  

Refund(if applicable) 

1. Within 7 Days from the Delivered Date

Customers can apply for a absolute-approved refund within 7 days from the delivered date, on condition that items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels.

Submit an refund request at the end of this page, or contact us by sending an email to service@attapet.com. Once we confirm your refund request, send the returned purchase in its original packaging with original label back to our return center. After your returned order is shipped to our return center in the intact condition, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Please be aware of that, shipping fee, tax, clearance sale and special sale item(s) are not refundable. And buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

 

2. After 7 Days from the Delivered Date

Customers can also apply for refund without approval-guarantee after 7 days from the delivered date. In most circumstances, we consider that item(s) you have purchased is used after 7 days from the delivered date and we are most likely unable to provide a refund. However, we will try our best to see what we can do to maximize your satisfaction.

Submit an refund request at the end of this page, or contact us by sending an email to service@attapet.com. Once we confirm your refund request, send the returned purchase in its original packaging with original label back to our return center. After your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Please be aware of that, shipping fee, tax, clearance sale and special sale item(s) are not refundable. And buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

  

Returns & Exchanges 

-Purchase (except clearance sale and special sale item(s)) can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the delivered date. 

-Please contact us in advance and we will provide you the address where you should return to. Do not send them back to the address on package. Or no refund will be issued. 

-Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels. Ensure that all articles in the package are intact! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. 

-Hassle-free exchange as long as it is in stock.

-No return needed if we send you the wrong item(s). Kindly let us know as soon as possible so that we can send you the correct item. In the instance of our error, you do not have to return the item. You can keep it!

-Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

   

Things Not Eligible for Refund/Return/Exchange

-Clearance sale item(s).

-Special sale item(s).

-Shipping fees.

-Tax.

 

 

Order Cancellation/Correction

Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit an order cancellation/correction request at the end of this page or send us an email to service@attapet.com if you decide to cancel the order or correct some information of the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 25% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation/correction request if the order has already been shipped.

It is very important that you read the description of each item before you place your order. There is a sizing chart available on site so you can choose your correct size. It is also of equal importance that you provide us with your correct information before you finalize your order. 

On the other hand, if we sent you the wrong order(which we did before), kindly let us know as soon as possible so that we can send you the correct item. In the instance of our error, you do not have to return the item. You can keep it!
